First Loss

Saturday was the Central Prairie League volleyball tournament for QH at Claflin. Quivira Heights made it to the championship match but lost to St. John in 2 games. This was the 3rd time they have seen St. John this season and was their first loss. Today is Regionals at Claflin. I won't be able to attend the games but hope they make it to sub-state this weekend.

This is Brittany setting the ball. She got to play more in the first couple matches because we were ahead by several points. I like this picture of Katherine spiking the ball. It shows how high she gets.

Cheyenne sleeping in the bleachers. They are completely covered so she couldn't fall through. That was nice.

Here is her and Lane playing. He is exactly a month older than her. They go to our church and Cheyenne and Lane like talking and playing together.

I hope Quivira Heights can continue on through postseason play. They have a good chance of going to state. I'm looking forward to watching them finish out the season.
